They are very legit and follow their schedule strickly, including payment schedule, and the payment methods varies with many alternative ways. And most importantly, you won't be left out as a translator/editor. The people in charge will be more than willing to help when you are starting to receive less projects and tasks. They will make sure that you're not left out and treat you like you're an important partner to them. They are great people and you can always consult them about anything.

I am happy to work with MARS. In other words, I always enjoy working with Project Managers, because they express respects to me as a translator in the polite manners as a team. Furthermore, they consistently and constantly as well as flexibly support me even when some complaints come from customers. The PMS are working from early in the morning through late at night, particularly for the urgent projects for a consistnet support. Communications are performed without any problems in various methods such as Emails,Skype, and any other available SNS just in time. Payments are always just in time. Again, I am happy to keep working with MARS as a team!

Its been 3 years successfully working with MARS. So comfortable working, and a understanding friendly PMs. They accept only good quality works. Another major worry for the translators is about payment, but trust me mars invoice system and payment mode is so punctual and sharp. Happy working and wishing for more collaboration

PMs are so nice and they provide clear instructions and always ask the translators and reviewers to do the projects with utmost care and with the high quality. Payment always on time.
